Digital Lending Code of Conduct & Fair Practices

1. Transparent Disclosures & LSP Mandate

As an LSP operating on behalf of regulated entities (REs), we prominently disclose all partner banks and NBFCs, sanction terms, APR, and total cost of credit. No hidden charges or undocumented pass-through deductions are levied on the borrower.

2. Direct Disbursals and Repayments

All loan disbursements are executed directly from the regulated lender's bank account to the borrower's verified bank account without any pass-through or intermediate escrow pooling, in strict compliance with RBI directives.

3. Ethical Collections & Fair Recovery Practices

Our collection practices respect borrower dignity:

• Collection contacts are made exclusively between 08:00 AM and 07:00 PM.
• Zero harassment, intimidation, or contact with friends/family/colleagues.
• All collection follow-ups, PTPs, and call notes are recorded and auditable by the Backoffice Operations Desk.

4. Data Privacy & Restriction on Mobile Harvesting

We refrain from accessing borrower contacts, device location trails, media galleries, or phone logs. Any camera access is strictly limited to real-time live KYC selfies and document uploads with one-time user authorization.
